Dying Light 2: Stay Human (2022)

As a Quest Owner, I held responsibility for overseeing the end-to-end design and implementation of several big side quests within Dying Light 2 and its first DLC expansion. This role involved managing multidisciplinary teams throughout the quest development process (Level Design, Level Art, Characters, Narration), setting priorities, and ensuring seamless collaboration with various departments including QA, play testers, audio, visual effects and animation. My duties included:

- Leading the conception, planning, and execution of side quests, ensuring alignment with the overall game vision and narrative.
- Managing the quest team's day-to-day activities, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Conducting regular progress updates and presentations to stakeholders, including the production team, directors, and other relevant parties.
- Collaborating closely with external teams to coordinate dependencies, address technical challenges, and integrate quest content seamlessly into the game world.
- Ensuring alignment to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while also building a creative and collaborative working environment.

I also provided feedback and support for other quests, combat and parkour challenges and some open world activities in game.
